Ideas for next meeting?
#2
well i had posted a little idea earlier about like a mod/general maintanace day. just an idea.
and we'll defenitly have to talk about stickers and website stuff. i'll try and have the price and design stuff with the stickers i was talking about bye then, but before we actually get them made we'll at least have to secure a web address, since we're gonna wanna put that on there.
and maybe for the location have a vote on it. maybe set up a little poll thread with certain areas. then i'll send out an email about the meeting and the voting for the location.
ok i'll stop talking now!!!

AHHH...As far as I know I can make it, but I have to be at school and "M.C." The Freshman Orientation Assembly at my school (yes big task, save the clapping for later
)
But I will do my best to make it, I bought my cb and antenna today
I am very giddy!

Okay guys, just to throw out an idea, how about South Center for a meeting spot? Maybe do dinner at Chevy's or Red Robin? Maybe a park in Tukwilla....or even Downtown Bellevue park, just somewhere a little closer to me, cause if we have the meeting i Bellevue I could just stay the night at my Mom's house. Not trying to be selfish...but ya know!

Corey,
I think we could swing a Saturday meeting no problem. August weekends are tough, since I'll be traveling every time. Lets plan on a Saturday meeting for September, and if we have it in the Greenwater area, some light wheeling after the meeting for anyone who's interested?
For the August 27th meeting, Ricky, you pick the location. Since this will be an evening meeting, it will have to be more club-business focused (ie. website, business cards, stickers), and a run down of Yotajam. I could bring my laptop and we could do a mini slide show sort of thing, although alot of pics will be posted on the web. Also, whomever attends the yotajam trail 101 class on Saturday (Mark, myself) can give a brief run down of the skills learned, maybe make cheat sheets for everybody else with key lessons learned.
September's meeting will be held on a Saturday afternoon, somehwere in the Auburn area. Since Kevin suggested a maintenance-type meeting, maybe we could have Corey give us a quick run-down on detailing vehicles, which he is world famous for! We will plan on every other meeting trying to be maintenance/mod related, topic to be voted on/suggested by members.
October will be back up in the Seattle area.
This schedule does not reflect any off-road trips that may be done in between meetings.
Kevin, could you get this sent out to the WA4ROC mailing list (edit where necessary)?
Thanks!
