BBB,

Most of the folks that I talked to are from the western side, but it sounds like you have some buddies you could put together for another division. I agree with the travel problems, and it is likely that once we have divisions set up, we may just get together for a WA 4ROC jam or something, and have joint meetings online every couple of months.

Mark,

The sticker thing was from the Land Cruiser assoc.- it doesn't matter to me. One note about the quater panels is that you'll have to get two if you want them to be on both sides of the vehicle, and we may need to think about that when it comes to dues (ie. people who want more than one sticker will buy them at cost). I never use the back window, but understand your concern. Another note is that with the TRD stickers, you have to cut them where it overlaps with the gas tank door- you'll have to figure out how it will look with the 4ROC sticker.

Good comments guys.

hahahaha i wont have to worry about the overlapping thing since i have a 2nd gen. the gas tank door is over the wheel well. i think its on the opposite side as the 3rd gens too. not sure. but yeah i would be willing to buy a second sticker at cost.

Exclamation 4ROC WA Central Division

I will just do as I had originally planned in the beginning and grab the many 4Runner owners in my area to join in. In reality being there isnt an actual central division will I be able to keep my central division senior status once I have the handful of members?

When you mean senior status, do you mean as far as your membership number? You've been in from the start, so you can declare any status you want!

Member Status

As a Yota member & 4ROC member I am a junior member. But for my division once it is up and running I was wondering if I will be a senior member but only reguarding my division.

Got ya- I haven't even thought about membership "status" and I would argue that we shouldn't even bother with it. We'll just all be "members" period once we pay dues.

Looks like I've been nominated as the interim president of the international 4ROC as well- this could get interesting!

Guys,

Although you're free to do whatever you want, I'm trying to get all of the 4ROC people to use their state 4ROC logo as their personal avatar. If alot of us start using it, all our posts will have it, and people will feel left out if their not a member- this will help people realize this thing is actually going to happen, and not die out like it did the last time around.

Hope to see more 4ROC av's!

David

Yes! We can pull them off in the parking lot! (but does this have anything to do with Hooters? )

Lubing up your "running boards" as like you like to call them before going to Hooters sounds sick and pervted- I'm not sure if this is the right club for you.....

After some thought about where to have the meeting, I thought it might be easier to have a cookout kind of thing at a park. Otherwise, we have to worry about the hassle of having it at a restaurant, and it would be a pain to discuss details of the club and such. This meeting is open to familiy members/partners/pets.

The idea is for everyone to bring their own meat/veggie burger (like how politically correct I'm being?), and a dish to share with others (chips, salad, soda, whatever).

It'll be at Golden Gardens in Seattle, its right on the coast, there is a beach for campfires so we could get a bonfire going if the weather is good, on WED, July 9th, at 7:00 PM. We'll vote on the club charter, discuss any changes/additions that need to be made beforehand, and discuss the purpose of the club.

As you may have heard, I've decided not to have any dues to become a member. Eventually I'm going to get a website up and running, and may ask for donations to help with the upkeep. In the meantime, Kevin (Kevywevy) is collecting info for a emailing list so that we can send out details. I'll finally be wired for internet at home today, so I'll be able to start on the website soon.

Any questions?

oh wait one question! so its going to be held on thurs the 10th? cause before we had said weds the 9th and for those who could go, the mild weeknight offroading on the 10th. doesn't matter to me either way though.
