Power to fuel pump

Power to fuel pump
I’m not getting power through the circuit opening relay to the fuel pump on my 89 4Runner with 22re. All the fuses look to be ok. I replaced the one on the edit. The 5 pin connector that feeds the circuit opening relay has no power with the key on. Please advise any help appreciated.

Not getting power to the circuit opening relay 5 pin plug is dead. Changed the efi fuse even though it and others looked good. 89 22re. Hooked a 12v battery to the pump it works. Help please and thank you.

89 22re schematic
- Yes I have a schematic. Shows 2 wires feeding into the circuit opening relay a white red and a black white and each has several other junctions the white red to efi main relay and the black white to time switch and starter relay then neutral safety switch but it probably wouldn’t start if the neutral safety switch was bad.I suspect the main relay but not sure. Shows 3 wires out of the circuit opening relay blue to the pump green yellow to the air flow meter and white black if the main relay is bad does it stop the pump and everything fed from it? Thanks ahead for your help and response.
