Hello again. My 89 4Runner with 22re turns over good but not starting. I replaced the fuel pump and filter. I connected 12v directly to the pump and it pumps fuel but when I put a jumper on the DLC FPand +B I get nothing and I tested for power with the key on@ the circuit opening relay 5 pin connector and no voltage. I checked all the fuses and none are bad. Am I overlooking a relay or fuse. Please help and thank you for reading and any help. I have spark on all 4 and 150# compression on each.

 

if there is a spark try to look at your fuel injectors

 

At the diagnostic connector I connected a wire from Fp to battery positive and fuel pump runs. I removed the circuit opening relay and one side tested good the side bad. Replaced it and it runs.
