My 1987 Toyota pickup was stolen. Upon retrieving it my steering column has been tampered with and my fuel pump is having intermittent electrical issues. (Not intermittent anymore). When I use my diagnostic port to test fuel pump I am not getting any response. I believe that that is skipping the relay so I am out of ideas of why my fuel pump is not getting power. Any advice helps thank you.. I already dropped the tank and put a new fuel pump in..
