22re swap to 3.4l

I am trying to do a 22re 5 speed manual transmission in my 1992 toyota pickup 4x4 to a 3.4l 5 speed manual. What all would I need to complete my task and how much would it be for a complete rebuild on a 3.4l?

yea... search around and look in some 22R-E to 5VZ-FE swap threads... then come back and ask some more specific questions. This is not a weekend project.
