To make a long story short, he is in no state health
wise to continue at this point. I am in eastern WA
state at the moment, but am in contact with him daily.
Ever since the surgery he has been basically laid up
in bed. He jumped the gun big time upon returning
home and is now dealing with a great amount of
swelling in his brain and is on heavy sedatives. The
doctors are worried this swelling may cause an
aneurysm.

Regardless, he is having me take care of the last few
orders and getting everything in the mail asap. I am
driving out to see him this coming weekend to touch
base with him first hand to complete this process.

I am not sure how complete your kit is, though I know
it is close. Where we are sitting now, Nitrous
Enterprises appears to be over with as it is just not
possible at all with our current personal situations.
I need an address I can get your complete daystar kit
to. Anthony told me to include all of the NE parts
for free, as he just wants to get the orignal kit to
you in the fashion it arrived to him, along with
everything else he has fabricated for you.

Again, I apologize for this. For whatever reason, a
lot of things have been telling us this venture is not
the right move for the time being. I hope you can
understand...his health has become our #1 concern by
far, and will continue to remain that way until he is
well again. I'll look forward to getting your

Man, I feel terrible now. This NEVER was a scam as
you may feel. Tracy has been somewhat aware of my
health issues for a while, I have just failed to

To make a long story very short, I have a small tumor
growing in my right frontal lobe that is malignent.
We have tried endless forms of radiation, etc, etc,
but are struggling to find a solution. The reason all
of this happened so quickly last night is because
sporatically this causes my brain to essentially shut
off for short periods of time. My neighbor ran me to
the hospital, they inject me with a couple different
medications, check a few other things, and then send
me back home as usual.

I hate, hate, hate bringing this to the surface as
again I feel strong enough to deal with this on my own
and would much rather have it just be my problem.

Your daystar kit is still in perfect condition here at
my place with the instructions and stickers,
etc...everything. Your NE front spacers are machined,
painted, and complete. Your rear coils are at our
main shop in WA...I will call my fabricator there
today and see what the story is. Your NE pan hard
bracket is here in MT, machined, painted, and ready.
The last component, the strut relocation brackets, are
at the machine shop here in MT, awaiting my payment to
pick up the order with money that I do not have...I
will call to see if they are complete yet or not later
today.

If you could please get me a mailing address where I
can begin to ship these parts off to you asap, that
would be much appreciated. I want to get everything I
can off to you as soon as I can.

I apologize again that you have had to deal with my
personal struggles, but you have left me no choice but
to give an honest and open response. Please do not
let this get beyond this email...if there is one
insecurity I deal with, my health is it.

There were many email back and forth. I immediately figured I've just been scammed out of a new Daystar kit -- I had sent one to him to fab additional NE spacers. Eventually, I did receive my Daystar and some NE parts, so I really felt he was on the up and up. I figured that he could have easily kept everything, but he ended up sending my kit with NE spacers; and a panhard drop bracke and told me to forget sending him anything as he felt bad for all the business f'ups he made. I've not installed anything.

Wheeler's Off-Road in Oregon State. What condition is it in? When can
you arrange to have it shipped?

After that, I contact the RCMP to discuss my options. I guess I'm a lucky bastard at this point.

 

Why not post it. I'm glad we (and everyone else) are seeing the extensive lengths he has gone to to deceive everyone. What an imagination this fella has...

 

its sad really, because those who know someone with or have personal experience with brain tumors knows that if he is a lying sack of ˟˟˟˟˟ and putting on an act about this horrible problem, then this is the most disgusting lie to date.

 

And that's why I was back and forth about whether this was legit or not. I eventually received my Daystar and some NE products and haven't paid NE anything nor used anything. The main reason I haven't used anything is the mechanic to consulted with indicated that the bolts are too short to shore up both spacers in the front (Daystar and NE).

My ordeal started Jun 16/04 upon placing the order and parts were delivered Aug 9th or 10th. Total of 85 days. I fell for his BS hook line and sinker which is why I had not posted anything negative about him. Others were posting good reviews so who was I to suddenly be a nah-sayer?

It's tough to place trust in a faceless people since then. The recent inquiries by mods; Tracy quitting; and the recent posts and evidence from others made me see red and I really don't give a hoot if my posts are going to get me in legal difficulty. They are real and unedited and only a sample of the BS that he told me.

In my opinion, Tracy is the who lost the most in all this. I can only imagine how many lies she was told over time. I'm sure some have also lost confidence in her, which must hurt knowing how quick she is to try and help people. She's a star in my books and I want to extend my thanks to her for keeping her chin up and doing the right thing.
