Meridian Auto parts -- Steering Gears
I ordered a remanufactured steering gear from Meridian. It cost me $285 plus a $150 core charge. It was inexpensive compared to $400-600 for remanufactured and $2,000 for a new one.
Meridian is out of San Diego, CA. They are reasonable and provide good customer service.
The steering gear is working great. Took the truck last week for some mild 4x4 snow run. Steering felt crisp and responsive. (like it was new).
