I just came across that site tonight. I am considering getting a 3vze to replace mine. They seem reputable. Sorry guys, I dont have the time nor the money to do the 3.4 swap. If any swap I would do the 1UZFE. That seems like a better investment in the long run anyways. Just out of curiousity why should you watch your back on any reman motor toytech?

I've never heard of them either. Check out www.Orientengine.com They have an excellent reputation, I believe a few guys on this board are very happy with their engines. I hear that the engines are quality and that they are great to deal with. They have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty I believe. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

Yep I was wrong, 3 year unlimited mileage, also I would NOT buy from JER, go with Orient if anything, they are about 200 dollars more for a 3vze but I bet that willl be money well spent

Jer is atk is orient is jer... Etc - avoid them all!
ATK's other Fly by night company names...
I paid "JER" over $1,914 for a reman 22RTEC. The "Engine Test Report" claimed 180-183 psi on all cylinders, I told them when i called the number on my invoice, that the numbers should all be about 149 and that i was concerned about their "test" results. They quickly offered up some ridiculous reasoning for the high test numbers. -
Now Two years later, after having slowly pieced together my project and finally firing the engine in june this year for the first time since i bought it in 07, i seem to have a bad block. How it passed "inspection" twice, is beyond me.
CHECK ALL THIS OUT!
This was the first thing i bought for my project, funny how it's what's keeping me from being "done".
