Synthetic Rope Fairlead liner!!!

Synthetic Rope Fairlead liner!!!
OK, I just got some synthetic rope for my Warn XD9000i, and from my research it seems the greatest issue with failure is two things:
A: Using the rope as a snatch strap.
2: Frawing from dragging across expose metal on the winch mount.
Well I think I have a cure, I designed, built and installed to use a Hawse Fairlead Synthetic Rope Liner. It fits between the fairlead and the front of the bumper and has lips that go inside of the opening of the steel cutout in the bumper. Thus making sure the rope will only touch Aluminum.
Opinions??????? Complaints?????? Bring it on!

Is a Smittybilt fairlead any different that the others? I know the mounting is the same on all popular winch mounts and there may be differences in shape by a luittle but I bet they are all interchangeable. So yes I think mine would fit what you have.

Synthetic Material Synthetic Rope Fairlead Liner
I can do that but it would cost a lot more money for material. I'm surprised no one has done this, and if they have then it must not be popular. Hmmmmmmm????????

Sky build Fairleads from a synthetic material, what I have is a liner that goes into the opening and protects the rope from touching the steel in the bumper opening. That's all I was after, my luxury is that I can CNC me my own ideas, if someone else is interested then cool, if not I still have what I needed.
