This is a great kit, made from 2" DOM with a ¼" wall and a high quality poly bushing inner sleeve bore is 9/16" or 5/8” which gives you a very thick wall thickness that will not become egg shaped with hard use. This combo is great for any application that you need to isolate vibrations. These can be used for motor mounts, cage mounts, transmission and transfer case cross members and many other applications. Our DOM Sleeve with Poly Bushing comes in two lengths. Like all of our products, they are made in the USA from USA steel.
This is what you need to make that crossmember bulletproof and still vibration dampening, it comes with everything and is made of 2.0" DOM with a .25" wall and .375 Tabs for frame mounting (we can replace with 1.75" or 2.0" Radius Tabs for tube mounting). It comes with 2 grade 8, 9/16" bolts with Lock nuts, 4 high quality Bushings, and an inner Sleeves Cadmium coated. They are 3" wide. Sold in pairs.
Our single poly bushing kit comes with two bushings and one inner sleeve. The inner sleeve has a bore of 9/16" or 5/8” which gives you a very thick wall thickness that will not become egg shaped with hard use. The bushings are designed to fit a 1.5" ID tube.
