Hey guys I have an 06 4 runner with a stock front bumper and saw a picture the other day of some guy who was able to mod a winch behind the original bumper and have the roller guides in the long black plastic piece that stretches across the front. Any ideas how he did it?

 

A custom hidden mount. Most likely a universal winch mount cut and welded to fit, or plate steel welded together. Search custom hidden mount winches, might give you some ideas.
