Wheel spacers

Hey guys wondering who runs wheel spacers and how big. if you do it would be cool to see a pic. Having said that i am thinking about putting some on my runner for added looks and also a lil more stability i guess. If anyone has some opinion chime in because i dont know too much about them. WabFab i hope you have some good info here! Thanks in advanced, i searched but couldnt find too much on spacers.

thanks!

Wheel spacers? Did you do a SAS? Why are you looking to do wheel spacers?

Mmm, Your not going to get much more "stability" Might as well get some different wheels with different backspacing. Best way IMO.

I use 1/4" spacers all around but only to clear 33x12.5s from the UCAs up front. The rears are just to even it out. I suggest something truck specific b/c mine are universal and the holes for the lug bolts are slightly larger and have to be just right to not get any "hop" are off-balnced rides. I know people hate them but I didnt have the cash to buy new rims and they were a X-Mas gift. My dad got a good deal on Firestone Dest. A/Ts from Tire rack. I think $104/ea with shipping. Not bad and i wanted a slightly larger tire anyway. Good luck and Cheers for warm weather in the North Country for once =)
