that's nice to know!

like you said, i've never tried them, but from everything that i've learned from this board and in real-life application, adding spacers to a prograssive coil isn't all that desireable...

interestingly, wheelers offroad offers a daystar kit that includes a "high quality, progressive wound coil set for the rear."

I have always "heard" it wasn't a good idea either. I guess it's another Web Wheeler myth.

I decided to do it right the first time... spend the money once vs. twice:

Rear:
OME 891 Coil Springs
OME N86 Shocks (firm)

Front:
Total Chaos Upper A-Arms
Donahoe Racing (extended, adjustable) Coilovers (2.5" shock)
New sway bar bushings
Revtek 1" diff drop spacers

Tires:
265/75 R16 Toyo Open Country MTs (32" tire)

Wheels:
TRD Ivan Stewart 16x8" w/ 4.5" off set

The ride is incredible. It corners awesome. Rides better than stock. Doesn't bottom out. And flexes nice too!!
