What is a good spring rate???

Hey guys. I am going to be 3 linking the rear of my ex cab v6 crawler(the truck has an all pro style flatbed kit) in the next few weeks. I am going coilover 2inch by 14inch. What spring rates do you guys recommend or what are you running on your rig. I was thinking 400s on bottom and 350s on top.
