Tube Doors - Polishing a turd

My bro had made some tube doors for his 84 a lil while ago and i decided to bring them up and try to clean them up a bit. They have been sitting outside so the were a bit rusted up. All i had available was a couple files and a sand paper block. Tomorrow im gonna go buy a couple sanding disks. Anyways here are the pics for ya.

Seal up the holes in the ends of the tubing or it'll just keep rusting...and from the inside out.
