toyota leaf springs

ok i was putting new toyota leaf spring in my rear the other day and the bolt on the right fornt side is stuck by the gas tank and the things are bent to a littte

anyone buddy know a good way to get that bolt out?

sawzall! cut the bolt twice, once on each side of the inside of the frame tabs. then press the bushing out.
