i dont know how the stauns work exactly but the oasis deflators are awesome you can screw em on and take off no need to wait after a while its a good idea to retreive em.

I got a set of cheapo deflates. They let the air out but you have to monitor them as they will let all the air out. I little easier than pulling out valve cores.

I run stauns. I love em! I have them set to 1-2 lbs. My favorite thing is when I get to the trail, I just screw them on and hit the trail. The next time I get out of the rig I remove them. Just dont drive at high speeds. I have beadlocks so the rings cradle the stem so I figure im safer to drive with them on, but i dont exceed 10-15 mph.

I dont know about the Oasis, ive never heard of them. When I bought the stauns (2-3 years ago) they really were the only quality option and where in a world of their own.

And they come in a kangaroo leather pouch

i think i'd rather get the staun deflators. no need for an allen wrench like the oasis ones.

Oasis ones are "meddler" proof requiring the allen wrench...or at least more trouble for your friends to mess with.
