Rear wheel hop

I lifted my yota another 3 inchs so all together it has 6 inchs of lift I have springs in front blocks in the rear and shackles front and back but I have noticed a slight hop in it while in 4 low at a higher rpm. It also hops when I am coming to a stop on the road it is not bad hopping but noticeable it started this after the shackle install I have noticed it has always felt like the axle rolls as you first take off but it don't so if anyone has any suggestions let me know thanks maybe traction bars?

Sounds like BAD axle wrap. Happening that frequently, your springs are not long for this world.

Get rid of the blocks.

A traction bar would eliminate hop. Many options out there.

What I did:

That's gonna be the best thing to do. Blocks give the axle a lot of leverage against the springs. Added leverage brings twist... twist brings hop. Hop can also damage or destroy your pinion and U-joints. So you need to get it under control ASAP, what ever you decide to do.
