rear wheel clicking noise

rear wheel clicking noise
i was doing damage inspection after a day of wheeling and a failed hill climb that almost got me sideways when i noticed a clicking sound everytime I pushed in my rear wheels. (I was pushing in on the tires).
wanted to see if anyone knew if this is normal and nothing to worry about.
