rear springs up front

Ive heard mention of putting factory rear springs up front, does this give lift and flex?if so how much and is it a direct bolt in

Lift is whatever you build into the front spring pack, you'll likely need more that one set of springs and it can be a pretty much direct swap, crossover steering a big help and a long travel front shaft. I've been running them for about 6 years, they are hard to beat:
