new suspension for engine swap

Ok so I've picked up a 105 hp 3.9 4bt cummins to put into my 95 toyota pickup sas formely 2wd reg cab
I will post the actual engine swap in the swap section but I'm unsure of where this question should actually go so I put it here
Anyway I want to do a ruf but I'm wondering what kind of springrate (leaf of course) I should be shooting for with roughly 400 extra pounds in the engine bay and still be dd/rockcrawler worthy (if i spend all this time redoing leaf springs and it flexs like it does now (ie no flex at all ) i am going to be royally ticked off )
Thanks for the help

I have to ask what is so appealing about this motor as opposed to the 3.4?
Its way heavier, only 105 hp, and 265 lb-ft torque. Granted it makes these numbers at hardly any rpm's, but unless you plan on towing something, whats the deal here?
Just cerious

Diesels are a sweet swap. I'd wouldn't mind having one. The torque is just crazy. These engines will last for years too. And besides you can lug a diesel when you can't a gasoline engine. Good luck bud. Can't wait to see finished product

Stacks on a gasser just makes you a douche but if you can roal coal its ok if they arnt to flashy imo
For 100 bucks (what I paid for my he351ve turbo ) and some free pump tuning I could pull a house down, outrun your 3.4, and when driving normal can get as good if not more mpgs as my 22re with my biggest wiring headache how am I going to hook up my tach which I already have plans for that
Anything you can do to a 12v cummin directly translates to this motor (even parts are the same for the most part)
Running wvo from mcdees probably not in my future but a possibility
And for the NUMBER ONE REASON OF ALL TIME it was cheap :-P
