The LSPV rod is just wedged over the exhaust hanger at least zip tie it or get the rod mounting bracket for the axle

Also. Shouldn't those brake cables be under the leaf springs?

The rod being up like that is pretty common, it biases more fluid to your rear brakes.
Rear hydraulic brake lines are where they should be.
Your parking brake cables have to run above the springs due to the location of the pivot points

Yes, You absolutely have rear sag. Blocks only improve ground clearance but not ride quality. I bet that truck has to slow down at every little dip on the road; something a real off-road vehicle should not have to do.

I prefer my brake lines over the springs, keeps them a bit more protected from rocks, stumps and other nasties.
