LT idea!
i've been doing some research on using the CV axles from a supra in order to be able to fabricate an elongated a-arm setup.
i was hoping to trigger some good thought with this thread so any input or ideas are of course welcome. i'm looking for numbers and lengths right now.
btw, this idea was sparked when i was looking at a picture of an awesome 4wd LT 2nd 4runner.

exactly my thinking. i'm still looking for that picture though.......some of you must know what i'm talking about. it's a yellow second gen with a lot of tube work and some major long travel, the picture i always see is of it in the air.

oh i know.... what i was thinking though, is: shorten the width of the ifs cross-members so that the supra differential could mount in there. custom a-arms would be fabbed to work with the supra axles. as for the driveshaft i think it could be run at a angle (side to side, not just up and down) since it would be stationary. no?
