Low end power is gone..

Hey guys, im new to the forum. I just bought a 1990 Toyota. The entire thing is rhino lined, It has the v6 3.0 or 3.slow as ive seen posted around, lol, it has 4.88 gears, 33inch toyos, flow master exhaust, but i dont know what size the pipe is, and an arb locker. For some reason I have absolutly no power in any gear when im under 3000 rpms? I can get into 4th gear when im going 60mph. I think this is ridicules.. It takes about 15 seconds to start when its cold, it turns over strong but just doesn't fire. Does anyone have any hints? It should do fine pushing those 33's with the 4.88's in it shouldn't it? It also idles very high at all times. The guy before me has done some stuff to the intake, theres a hose that is closed up by a bolt and one has a little filter attached to it... ill try to get a picture. but after reading several posts i think i may have a vacuum leak.

Find out what piping size you are running for exhaust. Might be a tad too big.
