I have an 82 toyota long bed SR5 pretty much stock just 3 inch pro comp some cutting of the fenders and 35" bfgs I had laying around from my last project I built bigger I was just wondering what would be the best way to go while keeping it in my budget I am a low ranking airman. I need to regear either the transfer case or the axles and I need some lockers any info or past experience helps thanks. I do have quite a bit of mechanical experience so and ideas are great.

regear:: buy the setup stuff and gears, find a shop that can install them cheap.( i personally will be doing this next month), weld or spool the rear, and aussie the front. (i will be welding the rear)
