Limit straps for rear superlift kit

I am installing a superlift rear suspension lift in my 1992 4Runner and need to know where to mount the upper ends of the limit straps. The pictures that are suppose to be in the instructions are missing. Very bad instruction actually for a well rated suspension kit.

I have the rear coil spring suspension and I know that I mount the lower end of the strap to the lower shock mount but it says to mount the upper end in a hole i have to drill which is shown in diagram that is missing. Can somone maybe post a picture or give a good description of where to drill the whole to mount the upper end please.
