Limit slip in a taco

for people that is a 3/4 highway and1/4 off road, a limit slip is the trick.... i reacently installed one in my truck. it took about 3 hrs to do the install. and so far the limit slip is by far a great buy. Not to put down a locker , but a limit slip is more street friendly. I tested my install on a strip of road and left two and i say TWO black marks down the road, how cool is that??? it is for me . I purchased mine thru trdparts4u.com for 200 shipped i whould highly recomend this company to anyone.

as long it is the same size rear axle. but i dont know what the 4 runner had from factory. from what i found out the unit i bought also fits the tundra v8. But if your rear axle is the toyota 8.0 ring gear this i dont see why it wont fit. the company i bought mine through got it to me really fast... but i do highly recomend it.

if it will fit the tundra/non trd taco, then it will NOT fit 4runners

The reason it fits the tundra is b/c it is the same rear axle just 3" wider. You will need an 8" V6 turbo( as the website called it) rear lsd from another website someone else posted earlier in the offroad tec section for your 4runner depending on the year
