Lift Question

Hi,
I have a really dumb question (I pretty much know absolutly nothing about automobiles ), but its been buggin me... On my runner I have about a 2" lift on it, it was on there when I bought it. But I have no idea what kind of lift it is, the owners before me didn't know what kind either. Ive looked for what kind it could be, but I can't find any sign of anykind of lift. I have even had my cousins look at it (which have been into lifts and stuff for a while) and they can't even find it. What I do know is that its not bj spacers. So, I was wondering if you guys can point me in a direction to look.

Also, I just want to make sure. If I do through some bj spacers in, I won't hurt anything on my rig by doing it, even though its already lifted, will I?

Last thing, if or when I get these, would anybody in the Dever area be able to help me install them? I don't have to tools or knowledge to do it as it probably should be done.

How do you know it is/was lifted? COuld just be cranked up torsion bars. Check the rim-fender separation to see how much lift:

Other lift option would be a body lift, examine the body mounts for lift blocks:

Hmm... Thanks a bunch, sounds like its probably cranked up torsion bars. I didn't think it was lifted when I bought it, but one day when I parked next to another runner I noticed mine was taller.

Different sized tires perhaps. If one had 28" and the other 31" tires, that would make about 1.5" of difference.

If stock runners come with 28" then I guess that could also be it, I have 31" tires on mine. The runner I park next to was the exact same year and model as mine, Im not sure if that makes any difference or not.
