If I leave my swaybar connected while offroading

If I leave my swaybar connected while offroading
will that prevent my balljoint to come in contact with my coil on full droop
with the Tundra/OME lift?
Hopefully that will work temporarily until I can get Sonoran Steel's limiting strap solution sometime this summer.
