Unhappy HUB wont completely go free

Hey all, im new to the site and love it so far. I looked around and can't find an article that adresses this exactly. A few that kinda sounded like it might but im not sure. So after it rained tonight, I went out to test the new pro-comps in a LARGE "rain puddle", after some good enjoyment and satisfaction from the new tread, I was going to drag all my newly collected parts of earth, to a car show haha and went to unlock the hubs, and the passenger hub wont quite turn all the way to "Free". Its close, it has happened before, but after rolling the truck forward a few feet, it went all the way with some elbow grease. But now it won't turn all the way to free.

Does this mean its still engaged?

Is it a big deal?

How do I get it to turn all the way?

I read an article on a dude named arron's truck, and he had some cv needles that broke apart and jammed it?

Plz help its my daily driver!

You'll have to take it apart. I'm guessing too much or not enough grease, both can cause that problem.

Also something to look at is the spring inside the hub. I have had 2 hubs die on me. Each time it has happened they have broke in the locked position. If you can not turn it, it could be broke.
