help with body lift

hi everyone im new to this sight and i need a little help, i am about to buy another toyota and it is a 89 toyota pickup 4x4 single cab 5speed, but it has a body lift im not very happy about it but thats why im here. how hard will it be to take it off and what would i need, any stock parts or anything. i would really appreciate your guys help.

You will need the factory bolts, as the body lift ones are longer. It's just a matter of stripping all the bodylift parts off.
I dont think any factory parts needed to be modified, but I can be wrong as there are many different manufacturers of lifts and lift heights.

You may also want to get new body bushings (the rubber ones). Check thier condition when you have it apart.

Depending on how much of a body lift you might need more than just shorter bolts and to remove the spacers.

You do not necessarily need factory bolts/nuts, simply shorter ones and I'd use metric. If you need some specific help just email me.

Also, look for and remove any extensions or brackets that were added to compensate for the lift, i.e. steering shaft, bumper, radiator, etc.

Unless things were cut and welded, should be a simple matter of unbolting and removing any extensions.
