wow im even impressed with how the pics turned out from the phone... i figured theyd be alot grainer

So the spacers go between the bumper and the hooks or the bumper and the frame? I geuss it doesn't matter, mine fits and functions fine...

Well, I ran them through my photo program and sharpened them up a bit.

The bumper does look great though.

yea between the bumper mounting bracket and the frame where the tow hooks are... it turned out better without them....... had th bumper on then i tried it without, there was less gap with out them so i left um off
