fj lift question
I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this question but....I want to put a lift in my 2007 FJ Cruiser.
I want to be able to fit a 33" or a 285/70/17.
If I have a lift installed by someone "OTHER" than the Toyota Dealership will I have warranty problems?
Has anyone experienced any warranty problems as a result of a leveling kit or a 3" lift?
Is there a particular make that is recommended?
Am I covered if I at least get the lift through the part dept at Toyota, obviously I would rather install the lift myself as Toyota wants an arm and a leg to install anything and I can't get a straight answer from them regarding warranty other than if they install it my warranty is fine.
Any advice?

Aftermarket lifts are generally covered 100%, I know mine is.
Toyota may also install it for you, you might check with them.
They sell FJs equipped just like mine with 33" Pro Comp tires, Old Man Emu 3" lifts, ARB bumpers, and Warn winches.
