Update:
Protrux has made me happy! They managed to fit the 62's over axle. So, I'm gonna get a plush ride, decent flex and good ground clearance. Waesome!
ALso the trimming of the rear fenders will be interesting for you first genners. It's tedious and time consuming, but I like the way it's coming out.

Alrighty, time for some poseur shots. The rig is nearing completion and I was able to take her on a test run. Still needs some tweaking, but all in all she is good.
I have to make sure to put up more pictures if I ever have a kid, or I will never hear the end of it from my girlfriend.

Thanks guys. Like I said, it needs a little more work. I am working on aluminum panels for the interior. I had a local fabricator work off of someof my plans. He did good work, but left off an important attachment point. 
So we are gonna work to fix that. I am also going to be building a custom matress to fit in the rear. I'll post pics of the interior when theyt are done.
I know everyone syas a truck is never "done", but the plan here was to actually get it done (Not Get-r-done). My girlfriend wants to start saving for a house and with the prices here in california....I would never have accomplished any of this if I was making house payments.

No question the nicest IFS runner I have ever seen.

What rear flares are those you are running? They look great and they really tie in with the Ivan glass up front. Our truck is done also, in fact it's rear suspension is very similar. Keep up the good work the truck looks killer.

It's the hanneman bolt on glass. I didn't think bolting on complete truck skins would get my desired look. PLus I didn't want to have to screw with relocating the gas filler.

This is the flare. It is actually made for the pickups and listed as so on thier site. I saw a 4runner with them (But just slapped on the sides), it gave me the idea.
It is a lot of work to do it right. I gotta say, protrux did mine the right way. There is alot of trimming going on under that flare. I was nervous at first, but they did a great job of sealing it from moisture and it came out looking nice.
The flares allow me to stuff the tires and not even come close to rubbing. I could probably fit 35's without rubbing, but my 22re and drivetrain aren't up to teh task.
One of these days i 'll update my avatar. Everyobody else seems to be putting Jim's truck on, I should start a trend of putting your own truck up as your avatar.

Here's an update on what is current with the deathrunner:
We ended up getting shorter shackles, relocating the shock hoop in the rear slightly, adding leafs, and changing the bumpstop mount. I am much happier with it now.

Looks great man! You should have come on the All-Pro TTORA run in Johnson Valley yesterday, it was super fun. I wish I would have mentioned it to you ahead of time. Your truck would have been perfect for the trail we did.

Well I guess this pertains to my LT setup, since it is one of the first documented outings since I have had it back.
This is video from Anza Borrego. You can see that the rear is definitely more active, this came as no surprise, but the front does it's job too. The rig kept pretty level most of the weekend and was pretty predictable in it's handling. The high speed sections were a breeze, my yotatech brethren can attest to that.
It's kinda huge (110MB) and it requires Quicktime to view it. It's about 10 minutes, so it is worth the wait.
Right click and then "save as", then wait and wait and wait, then ENJOY!
