E-locker wiring question

I have a 98 4runner. Just finished swapping in a complete rear axle that I regeared to 4.10 and that has the factory E-locker. I purchased the Off Road Solutions wiring harness(before they went out of business) that has all the upgrades including the factory relay for dash light. The harness has a illumination wire, constant, switched, ground and combination meter wire. Does anyone know where the easiest to get to switched and constant power wires are closest to the factory dash cutout. I dont really want to cut into the heavy guage ignition wires. Also what(where) wire do I connect the illumination/ combination meter wires to. I am new to this forum as of today. I tried searching the tech section. Any info would help.
