e-locker clicking sound

finished installing my e-locker yesterday, and I was wondering if its normal for it to make the gear clicking sound when engaging and disengaging.

Mine doesn't click continuously during its travel. There's just a metallic clink at the end of its travel at lock and unlock.

It my click while its trying to engage/disengage. If you are sitting still and you inch forward and its clicking, it isnt quite engaging. thats when you roll back and forth til you hear the solid click and you can feel that it is engaged. if it is clicking constantly even when you know it has fully engaged/disengaged, then something could be wrong.

i got all the parts through my toyota mechanic who get 25% off retail price, he orders his parts from a local toyota dealer. since I was already pre wired for the ECU and the switch I ended up doing the wiring part myself, here is the link if you are pre wired. its very simple

I had 4 wheel specialties here in LA do the axle mod. the whole thing cost me about a grand or so. its a bit steep but I am planing on keeping my rig till death do us apart. let me know if you have any other quetions. my truck is 2000 5spd 4runner
