Dual Transfer case help please

Hello, I have a 87 Toyota truck with a 22re and the dual t-case setup. Im having an issue, When i have the truck in low low and i try to move the rear shifter into 4hi or even 2h it pulls the front out of low? I was told I have to shorten one of the shift rails? Not sure but I have the tcase out of the truck just not sure where to start. THANKS!

If the rear shift rail is moving the front shift rail then shorten the rear one. It's noted on most install instructions I've seen. Try TGs website.

Can I get help in this case here?
My 1988 4Runner need a crawl box, I think there is a RF1A geardriven topshift transfer behind the W56 tranny.
Now I have get a part Hilux, 1984 2L (diesel) whit vin nr JT1POLN6504002301, 3D7VL41G253G52. It looks like`s is a forward shift.

I got a Advance Adapter to conect the transfers.

I want to make it whit the trippleshift from Dave`z offroad

Can somone show me a finger before I make a huge misstake..
