Do I need these?
Don't know if they're anti wrap bars or locating rods. Looks like the bushings are missing I can't locate them. Any information where I can get them?

Looks like after market, those were not stock. Measure the ID of the round eye of the rod and the OD of the bolt and then search for a bushing of that size. Or look for any mfg. info or part number and then see if you can find a replacement off that.
