CV boot kit?

I have a tear in my (now) spare CV boot, just the inner boot though. Does the boot kit include boots for both the inner and outer CV, or is the kit just for one side? I figure if the kit comes with both boots then I'll replace both the boots, but if the kit only comes with one, then I won't spend the money on another kit for the outer boot too.

You can buy them seperatly. Are you going to use Genuine Toyota parts?

Steve, when they replaced my DS boots they did inner and outer, I just assumed you got both in the kit. The Toy boots they used for the replacement look heavier than the stock ones did, including the band clamps.

Call up Tai, he can probably get them for you at cost.

Probably a little late with this....

The parts counter guy asked me if I wanted one boot or both when I did mine. I did both just so I don't have to worry about either one of them for another 100,000 miles. You have to take off the inner one to replace the outer one anyway. There is no sence in putting an old one back in there.

Yeah, I just finished it last night...going wheeling Sat. The kit I got included both the inner and outer for $28. The guy didn't ask about inner or outer. It was actually the inner one that tore, but I figured I should change out both...the outer one looked pretty good though.
