Colorado Help

Colorado Help
I haven't had my truck running in 4 weeks. The ABS light is on and won't shift our of first. It's throwing a P1780 and I've already replaced the Park/Neutral Position Switch. Anybody in Denver know well enough to figure this out?
No it hasn't been in water in a long time....
