CHEAP On board Air. Inflate & Deflate 4 tires at once
Well heres a quickie write up on my latest MOD. it's something EVERYONE wants but for the most part its to EXPENSIVE.. Well ladies and Gents Here it is....
(Drum roll Please)
This is a DV-Inovation MF-1050 flows 72 Liters per minute.
This unit is NICE, made from STEAL not Pastic
I mounted the unit Beside the Brake Booster on the drivers side. Bolted it down to the Fender well. Theres enough room to even store the hose

Here is the 4Air System, Mine is a knock off of the GREAT Roger Brown's Creation. BUY YOURS from Roger Brown as it will be cheaper for you, and his design is a little better. UNLESS you order all the pieces in BULK and build one for all of your 4x4 club members.(as we did). Rogers setup is the way to go
Now the fun part. I can deflate all 4 tires to the EXACT same PSI and go from 31 psi to 9 psi In 2 Minutes and 25 seconds
Close the Valve, hook up the air line, and turn on the Compressor. I can Inflate all 4 Tires from 8psi back to 31 psi in 13 minutes and 48 Seconds. (BTW I have 31" x 10.5 M/T's)

Future Plans are calling for adding an Air Tank (I May use an old fire Exstinguser)
and hooking up and air line to the rear of the truck to be able to use power tools.

For the H1 style CTIS, you need to have portal axles to allow for the air to flow through the center of the wheels. Or you could use the ralley style setup where they feed the air in from outside the wheels, but that would not hold up well in the rocks.

Modesto is correct
The Compressor cost me $44.95 But you may get yours cheaper buy contacting Ed Direct (I bought a couple threw ebay from him) he says if you order them outside of ebay He'll sell them for a bit CHEAPER

Looking at the inflation time and the tire size, looks like that compressor does just a shade under 1 CFM air flow over the 8-31 psi range. That's about 1/2 the flow rate I see on my Thomas, it'll do 4 - 33x9.50s in 6-7 minutes. But 1 CFM is sort of the lower limit of what is tolerable for airing up. Nice thing with the 4-way air hose, is you can be busy with other stuff while airing up (putting on mud flaps, packing up gear, unlocking hubs, etc.).
