I have searched and cant seem to find anyone who has a roof rack on their can-back soft top. So if anyone has one could you post some pictures of it. Also does it make a lot of noise? because I had a roof rack with my hard top that wasnt too loud but I didnt know if it would be worse with the soft top. Any info would be great.

Try posting in the 86-95 tech section. There's been discussion there about soft tops for some time. Also look in the soft top thread in the Buying Advice section. IIRC, there were a couple of people with Can-backs that posted in there.

I've seen a guy around town that has one on his pre-Tacoma pick up. Looks really good, and I'll do my best to chase him down and get a pic.

Have it on both of mine... Don't have a good pic, but the roof-rack in these pics is bolted to it.

 

have you had any problems with water leaking from the holes in your top? and is the wind noise very loud with the rack? Also what year is that 4runner and what lift are you running?
