What's the best 4 inch suspension value price ride etc for a 89 single cab

Rough Country.

I have used them for years with no problems. Plus the have a no questions Lifetime warranty. Also they are cheap. Can't beat that.

Rides fine.

I have it on there now. Only changes I will make are blazelands arms and longer rear springs. That's for travel though.

All the bracket lifts will ride just as your current suspension rides. They ad height, not flex. Do some reasearch around and see what other people are doing for lifts.

It also depends on what your using the truck for? What size tire do you want to run? Have money for re gearing?
