anyone seen the new warn winch/compressor yet ?
i guess they come in 2 sizes , 9500 lbs and 16000 lbs . combo winch and compressor.
ive done a quick search online and have found them from $1100 to $1400.

I like the idea and the weight is not much more than a normal winch.
All I can say is that the stock electrical system will be marginal if the compressor is run for more than a few minutes. Winches draw outrageous amperage and this compressor is no different. The FJC's alt is top notch for a stock rig, but a dual battery system would be an excellent addition and provide a margin of self sufficiency in the back country.
I would estimate that this compressor would drop a stock battery or even an optima to below 12 volts in under 5 minutes of use, even with the engine running.

can fill a 35" tire from 8psi to 35psi in 8minutes... not too fast there. Isnt ARB faster? I like this one here 100% duty

Don't know what Viair compressors weigh, but I went and weighed my Extremeaire and it weighs 17 1/2 pounds, so it appears that there is some weight savings. I guess the only downsides besides the huge size, is that it's something else someone will try to steal off the front of your rig and having extra weight cantilevered way past the front tires.
