It was actually fairly easy to mount. I had to move the cruise control bracket forward and another elect. thing below the cruise forward. I used the front mounting hole(on the fender) on the rear of the bracket, so the front mounting hole is not used. I had to bend the bracket a little to make it flush with the body mount on top. The bottom mount used the original hole in the inner fender cover. I made a flat mounting plate for the comp. and mounted it to the inner fender cover using existing bolt hole. I will hard wire the comp. to the battery tomorrow.

Might get wet when you splash through puddles if it were in/under the stock front bumper.
If heat from the engine bay were a serious concern, why not just make an insulating cover for it that would protect it?

Well the store found the other 4 compressors yesterday. As of right now, I have access to 1 (maybe 2 of them) of them. My friend is keeping one, and I am keeping an extra for our other vehicle. If anybody wants one let me know. Though, I think with shipping, the cost is going to be around $40. I won't know until I can get one and weigh/measure it for UPS.
