Hmm... that link is good, and everyone should be able to access the group buy page.

Anyone else having trouble?

Just in case, here is the info you need:

(From the other thread)

OK Folks,

I called up to Central 4WD a few minutes ago, spoke to Jim.

He agreed to match the price of $29.99 + $10 shipping, for a grand total of $39.99.

This is in Sacramento, so if you're in CA you'll probably need to account for sales tax, but its not going to be much. They also have shops in OR and WA, so state tax may be added on there as well. I'm not sure about that, but you can ask when you call to order.

FYI, their regular price was $35.74, plus $12 something to ship (plus tax if applicable). Its not an earth-shattering savings, but hey, I'm not complaining.

My original contact was Rich Novo. He is off today. Jim asked me to direct people interested in the group buy to RICH. But, I imagine if you call today, Jim will be able to handle it. Be sure to tell them that you're calling for the Yotatech group price on the WARN receiver shackle bracket, set up by Tom Mertz.

This price will be good through Sept. 15.

Here's the contact info:

Thanks for re-posting the info.

Here's what I get when hitting the link (I can't find it in the aftermarket section either)

well off of your link it's not working. But I'm pretty sure it works through the group buy forum.

Ok thanks. Some of the mods tried it and they could use the link when looged in as a mod, but not after they logged out.

I need to ask Corey or Chris to take a look at it. Everyone else, for now just use the info in this thread!

Hey Everyone,

Just to let you know, the link and access to the group buy section was fixed by Corey. There was a permissions glitch but it is straightened out.

Yeah, Sacramento is only about two hours from me. Jim said yesterday that they would get it out same day. Still pretty good though!

Tom,

Cool, if that's the case, I should get mine tomorrow.

So that makes a total of 4 purchases. Not bad.

Man I wish I lived in Cali
Uh Rob, no you don't. Trust me, no you don't!

Jason, Yeah! I saw yours getting plenty of action

Tom, this time let's do the group buy the day before I buy the item, not the day after

I am ready for a tow/recovery strap, and I like the 3"x30' 30,000# models. Pro Comp has one, but it is something like $65 at my local OffRoad Unlimited shop. Any better suggestions? I am close to bidding at ebay again...

Want to set that one up George?

I think I could go for a backup strap...

Since pismoboy hasn't spoken up yet...he runs a 20,000lb strap from Keeper: http://www.keepercorp.com/prod/vrs.htm

He says he broke his front ring and pinion because of a non-elastic strap.

I think I've seen them for about $30 or so. Edit: JCwhitney has them for $38. I have no idea if that's the cheapest place.
