All Pro Tcase Brake, good idea?

Mine works well, but even when in gear, you can rock the rig about a foot forward and back. It is all the play in the diff and u joints. That is the only bad thing about having the brake by the transfer. AT the wheels it stops all the driveline play. Not a big deal, but something worth noting.
It will hold the rig back on a large incline in neutral though. And I think the pads will last forever as long as you remember to releasee it before you go driving.

hahahah, sorry not trying to pick on you crawler.
Seriously, though, it's not like this brake does any "braking", so the pads should not wear at all technically. They simply hold the vehichle. so I can't imagine even having to adjust them that often. Is there soemthing I'm missing?
