Air tank for on board air

My neighbor gave me a medical oxygen cylinder complete with gauges (he used it for a sleep apnea related problem that he no longer suffers from). It is about 4" in diameter and around 3' long. It's rated to just over 2000psi. Can I get this filled with CO2? It isn't as large as a scuba tank, but it is free. All I would need to do is attach a hose to it.

Possable, may have to be recertified for CO2 but shouldn't be a problem. call your local dive shop or welding supply place.
