96 tacoma suspension ?

So I just recently got my hands on a pair of coilovers from a 05 tundra ! so my guestion is ....what will I need to do to install them on my tacoma ? also what shocks I should run on the rear ? I was told I just need to switch the top-plates out and install ...... but what will be the hight differance to balance out the rear? any help would be a huge help!!

Thanks 96 Blurple

you need taco top plates, i just used my stock set. are you lifting the rear? then use what ever shocks suit the lift height, i lifted mine 2.5" and used shocks for a 3" lift. i used the stock tundra shocks for the front w/ the coils.

for the rear the best $ for $ solution is a new leaf pack, because the stock springs suck. i used OME leafs, if you do the same, no matter what make sure you get their bushing kit, and go ahead and get 2 new front spring bolts, seems like everyone's get seized and half to be cut.
